Jun, who uses a wheelchair, deceives his Internet friend Tom by claiming he can play baseball, driven by envy of Tom's ranch life. As Tom prepares to visit, Jun asks Black Jack to cure his weak heart but refuses the high cost, ending the friendship. When Tom arrives, Jun discovers he is a young, blind heir to a large company. To save Jun, Tom offers to pay Black Jack's fee using his own eyesight. Black Jack proceeds to heal both individuals, restoring their health despite the severe sacrifice made by Tom.
