After witnessing a comet descend, Sharaku’s companion believes it is a UFO. He soon develops an unusual growth on his side and is hospitalized. His behavior becomes increasingly paranoid as he notices strange conduct from doctors, nurses, and his mother, leading him to suspect alien experimentation. Black Jack intervenes to resolve the situation and performs surgery on the patient, clarifying the true nature of the incident.
