After two of her staff are murdered, Watsap identifies the culprits as twin children. A massive bounty is issued, drawing numerous hunters to the city. Eda from the Ripoff Church proposes that she and Revy participate in the manhunt. At their shelter, the twins’ sponsors witness the pair brutally torturing a captive subordinate. Simultaneously, Balalaika questions Rock about the specific linguistic patterns used by the twins to aid the investigation.
