Ep. 10: Elle struggles with persistent memories while Joseph reflects on his past with Selene and Niander Wallace Jr.

Elle wakes in Joseph’s apartment, frustrated by her inability to forget, prompting Joseph to compare replicant and human memory retention. He recounts a past encounter with Selene, a replicant singer he pursued as a policeman. Despite her awareness of his identity, she invited him to return nightly. After Marlowe intervened, demanding Joseph retire Selene immediately, Joseph complied, killing her after a final kiss. Returning to the present, Joseph admits he cannot forget that night. Meanwhile, Elle recalls a memory involving her boyfriend at a pool. When he questions why she has not searched for him, she insists on finding the man from her memory. Using a device from Doc Badger’s shop, Elle sketches the man, whom Joseph identifies as Niander Wallace Jr. Joseph contacts Jr., confirming their arrangement was to assist him. The episode concludes with Joseph asking what happens next.
