Ulquiorra blocks a horrified Orihime from reaching Ichigo’s body, forcing Uryuu to attempt a failed sneak attack to buy time for healing. After Ulquiorra overwhelms Uryuu, Orihime’s desperate cries trigger Ichigo’s hollowfication. Surprised by the transformation, Ulquiorra fires a Cero Oscuras, which Ichigo blocks with his own cero. Ichigo swiftly severs Ulquiorra’s arm, but the Arrancar instantly regenerates it and unleashes his Lanza del Relámpago attack. Ichigo dodges effortlessly, overwhelming and defeating Ulquiorra in the ensuing skirmish. This event occurs during the Arrancar: Downfall arc, specifically episode 6 of 39.
