Ep. 289: Byakuya and Kenpachi clash while Yammy transforms and Tousen reveals his hollow mask

Kenpachi berates Byakuya for failing to defeat Yammy, prompting a duel between the two captains. Yammy interrupts their fight and is struck down by both, which triggers an altered form fueled by his rage. Elsewhere, Hirako confronts Aizen after Gin injures Hiyori. Tousen shocks Hisagi and Komamura by wearing a hollow mask rather than using his bankai. He swiftly attacks Hisagi with a chest slash and kicks Komamura to the ground. Although Hisagi sidesteps the initial strike and restrains Tousen, he is stabbed through the chest again. Komamura then prepares to release his bankai as the conflict intensifies among the Arrancar forces.
