After Yushima stabs Ichigo, his hollow form shatters, stripping him of his powers. While Ichigo watches his friends struggle against Yushima’s defenses, Nemu’s reigai delivers fusion stabilizer but unexpectedly attacks Yushima. This action reveals Kon’s presence, having been placed inside the reigai by Urahara and Mayuri. Kon provides Ichigo with a complete soul candy, restoring his abilities and allowing him to prepare his bankai. Simultaneously, Byakuya realizes that reigai will not sacrifice themselves to attack originals when gathered, as this contradicts their beliefs. Consequently, the original characters unite with the reigai to defend the Soul Society against the invading Gotei 13 forces during this critical confrontation.
