Ichigo utilizes his Fullbring to defeat a pig plushie, allowing him to escape from the dollhouse. Meanwhile, Orihime is confronted by Moe Shishigawara, who intends to kill her. Shishigawara is interrupted by his superior, the assailant of Uryuu, who is revealed to be Shuukurou Tsukishima. Tsukishima prepares to punish Shishigawara for disobeying his orders. Orihime decides to intervene in the confrontation between the two men. This event occurs during the Lost Substitute Shinigami arc, which is the seventh episode out of twenty-three in the series.
