Aichi's Cardfight Club attracts male classmates seeking to play Kourin and female students spreading rumors about Aichi's motives. Misaki declines an invitation to join due to her job at Card Capital. Kourin feels watched, leading Naoki to confront a stalker named Shingo Komoi. Shingo challenges Naoki to a cardfight, exploiting Naoki's inexperience with his modified Narukami deck against Shingo's Murakumo deck. Shingo reveals he was actually observing Aichi, whom he admires, and defeats Naoki. Naoki recommends Shingo join the club, and he is accepted, bringing the total membership to four. Meanwhile, an unseen student watches the group and plans to report their disruptive behavior to the student council chairman.
