Aichi urges Misaki to join the Cardfight Club as the fifth member, but she refuses due to mixed feelings and Kourin's insults. The student council issues a deadline for clubs to have five members or face disbandment. Misaki resolves her doubts and joins at the last moment. She challenges Aichi to an initiation match using her Genesis deck, employing Limit Break abilities of Eternal Goddess, Iwanagahime and Battle Deity of the Night, Artemis to win. Despite becoming a member, the council denies official recognition because the club lacks a faculty advisor. Naito suggests gaining status by defeating another high school team. Aichi accepts, and Naito arranges a match against a familiar-looking opposing squad.
