Ep. 35: Furuya hits a homerun while Sawamura adjusts his pitching strategy against Raichi in the third inning.

Furuya bats seventh and hits a solo home run to make the score 4-1 in the top of the third. Coach Kataoka then substitutes Sawamura for pitching and moves Furuya to left field. Initially pitching straight down the middle, Sawamura recalls Miyuki's advice that baseball is a team effort. He adjusts his strategy to trick Raichi, using outside pitches to reach a 1-2 count before striking him out with an inside four-seam fastball. In the top of the fourth, Seido's captain hits a double, extending their lead to 5-1. Facing this deficit, Raizou changes the pitching strategy and brings in Sanada.
