Ep. 19: Asebi's Curses and Marcille's Nightmare Monster Encounter
Asebi reveals she bears two black magic curses and demands Marcille remove them. After Senshi serves risotto, Asebi discards the mushrooms, prompting a demon summoned by her first curse to attack. Senshi defeats the demon and scolds her for food waste. The second curse transformed Asebi into a beast-man, similar to Falin, but her retained sanity offers hope for restoring Falin's mind. Asebi reverts to her human name, Izutsumi. Later, Marcille suffers from Nightmares, monsters causing fatal exhaustion through bad dreams. Laios lucid dreams into her nightmare, identifying the monster as her fear of losing loved ones. He encourages her to defeat it. Upon waking, Marcille vaguely recalls a puppy. Laios explains the Nightmares are edible clam-like creatures found in her pillow.
