Ep. 13: Six Months Later, A Mysterious Slasher Emerges in Ikebukuro While Celty Evades Police Pursuit

Six months after the Dollars meeting in Ikebukuro, news spreads of a mysterious "slasher" lurking in the district following Celty’s headless revelation. Masaomi provokes Mikado by calling Anri cute. Police, led by Kinnosuke Kuzuhara, chase Celty through the district. After losing her pursuers, Celty picks up Shinra’s father, Shingen, who just arrived in Japan, and saves him from delinquents. Masaomi, attempting to flirt with other girls, is surrounded by Yellow Scarves members urging his return. Mikado and Anri walk to the park before heading home with confused feelings. Later, as Anri is bullied by girls who previously harassed her, the slasher appears and attacks from behind, sending the bullies into a panic.
