Celty experiences a recurring dream about finding her head, prompting Shinra to discuss the link between dreams and memories. Meanwhile, Kyohei abandons surveillance of a pharmaceutical company after a young man attacks the gates with firecrackers. Shinra treats the attacker while remembering a secret regarding Namie. Elsewhere, Mikado and Anri search for Anri’s missing shoes, which Masaomi eventually tracks down. A Russian woman named Shiri asks strangers to write their desires in a notebook. Later, Celty and Shinra visit Simon’s sushi restaurant and receive fortune cookies; Celty’s predicts finding what she seeks, while Shinra hides that his foretells unrequited love. Seiji calls a redhead Celty, leading Celty to dream of being whole with a head resembling that woman.
