Sam and Nagisa accidentally escape the weapon storage facility. They are subsequently rescued by allies. Meanwhile, the Thunderbolts successfully destroy the enemy's weapons. However, the enemy hostage named Salo also escapes from his cell. Salo then threatens to blow up Ocean Storm.
