Following school, Mitsuki receives a call from Dr. Wakaoji regarding a meeting with her new manager, Masami Oshige. The situation requires Mitsuki to appear as her 16-year-old self to the manager while simultaneously maintaining her regular 12-year-old form in the presence of Dr. Wakaoji, with all parties present in the same room. Since revealing the truth is impossible, Meroko decides to resolve the complex dilemma. Through their combined efforts, Mitsuki and the shinigami successfully deceive both adults, navigating the tricky requirements of their dual identities to satisfy the meeting conditions without exposing their secrets.
