Treasure hunter Ramos invites Fujita to search for treasure along the Amazon river, accompanied by Professor Yoshioka. The group discovers a complete Mayan city located underground. They are subsequently captured by local villagers who intend to sacrifice Sara to their gods. Fujita utilizes a dinosaur-like carving to activate a secret switch, triggering a massive Pororoca tidal wave that floods the cavern. As the characters are swept away by the underwater current, they witness what appears to be a huge pliosaur.
