Makubex observes the recovery team via cameras while Himiko and Kazuki fight attackers. Kazuki reveals himself as the traitor, binding Himiko with threads, but the real Kazuki arrives to expose the impostor as Kogenta Akame from West Fuchouin-School. After Kazuki defeats Akame in a thread technique battle and rescues Himiko, Makubex secretly controls her through a wire connected to his computer. Kazuki attempts to sever the wire but is attacked by Juubei Kakei, an assistant of Makubex, who throws needles at him. Juubei pursues Kazuki, who escapes using an explosion. Makubex orders Juubei to bring the unconscious Himiko to him. Meanwhile, Takuma Fudou delivers the kidnapped Hevn, whom Makubex intends to use as a hostage for his next move.
