Ep. 14: Ginji battles Akabane while Kazuki learns Makubex's plans and the team tracks the enemy.

Ginji experiences a traumatic vision of his younger self, triggering a berserk state when Akabane destroys the image. Akabane subsequently defeats multiple Ginji projections as the real Ginji regains composure. Meanwhile, pharmacist Ren Radou and his grandfather Gen Radou examine Kazuki. Gen reveals that Makubex desires a world defined by suspicion and fear of betrayal. In prison, Himiko uses poisonous perfume to mentally control two harassers, freeing herself and Hevn to locate their team. Kazuki, Ren, and Gen attempt to locate Makubex. Ban identifies the garbage disposal facility as the enemy base by scent, leading to an ambush by men controlled via Makubex's wire doll system. Fudou confronts Ban with lethal intent, but Haruki Emishi, a former VOLTS member, intervenes, allowing Fudou to escape.
