Yang plans to capture Iserlohn using a deception involving the Rosen Ritter, an Imperial exile ground unit disguised as Imperial crew. Yang’s staff is introduced, including Murai, Patrichev, Fischer, and Frederica Greenhill. Decoys lure the Iserlohn fleet away from the fortress. A damaged Imperial ship requests assistance, and the Iserlohn commander, unaware of his fleet's location due to radar jamming, permits it to dock.
