Thirty years ago, exiled marquis Klopstock asked Prince Braunschweig, the Emperor's son-in-law, to seek forgiveness on his behalf. Braunschweig invited Klopstock to his daughter's birthday party, where the Emperor would attend. Klopstock's true intention was to bring a bomb to kill the Emperor. During the event, Reinhard clashed with Baron Flegel. The bomb was accidentally removed and caused minimal damage. Klopstock committed suicide, and the incident was kept secret.
