News of Fleet Admiral Bucock's death reaches Iserlohn, prompting the Yang to declare a mourning period. Meanwhile, Lebello is assassinated by his own subordinates, leading the Alliance government to surrender unconditionally. On February 9th, Reinhard lands on Heinessen. Imperial soldiers encounter low-level bureaucrats who refuse to surrender public documents, records, or property to the Empire. Reinhard commends these servants, noting the Alliance perished because such remarkable individuals were kept below positions of governance. Disgusted by the treachery, he declares death upon Lebello's killers. By February 20th, 800 S.C. / 2 N.I.C., the 273-year history of the Free Planets Alliance officially ends.
