The transparent woman, identified as Artemis, resides on an oddly shaped planet. She previously departed to acquire a mechanical body but now desires to live on the planet again. However, she is compelled to perform exhausting labor to settle her debts. Ultimately, she returns to rest alongside her mother. Tetsuro weeps upon witnessing her death.
