Aired on March 15, 2007

Gintoki and his companions suffer severely from hay fever, prompting theories about an extraterrestrial plant source. The situation escalates when Otose must close her shop due to her symptoms. A new resident named Hedoro moves into Kabukicho, and the Odd Jobs crew discovers that the intimidating Amanto runs a flower shop adjacent to their office. When they determine that all pollen originates from this establishment, they suspect Hedoro is using hay fever to weaken the population and conquer the world. Consequently, the trio finds themselves tasked with delivering a circular to Hedoro, despite their suspicions about his true intentions and the severity of the allergic crisis affecting the area.
