Ep. 6: Banri confronts Linda about their past while Kōko confesses her love after a tense party

Banri dreams of his confession to Linda, who promised a response on the bridge where he later crashed. Kōko notices his strange behavior but he denies issues. Chinami invites them to a party; Kōko refuses due to dislike for Chinami, who clarifies her fondness for Kōko. Banri persuades Kōko to attend with Mitsuo and Nijigen. At the event, Kōko and Mitsuo argue about Chinami, leading to Mitsuo’s confession and rejection. Banri ends his friendship with Kōko because of her feelings for Mitsuo, leaving her despite her protests. The next day, Linda senses tension. Banri confronts her about hiding their prior acquaintance. Linda explains she stayed silent to avoid confusing him and admits guilt over his accident. Kōko seeks answers, but Banri runs upon realizing Linda might have reciprocated years ago. Before he can ponder changing the past, Kōko catches him, begging him not to leave and confessing her love.
