Ep. 16: Argo infiltrates Tennouzu to rescue Arisa and confronts Shu’s tyrannical regime.

Argo enters Loop 7 to save Arisa, promising the Ming Hua Group’s leader will secure Association of Asian Nations intervention in Japan for Okina. He observes Tennouzu students using Void weapons to attack survivors for vaccines. Argo is taken to Shu, who rules with an iron fist via a ranking system since Hare’s death. F-ranked users repair a battleship for escape in exchange for vaccines, while Void users serve as secret police. Argo is imprisoned for refusing loyalty. Tsugumi explains the harsh rule stems from fear of the Apocalypse virus. Shu admits his burden to Inori, who suddenly mimics Mana. Argo escapes to find Arisa, leading to a stadium battle with Yahiro. Shu saves a girl, but her Void’s destruction kills her, revealing the truth Yahiro hid. Argo hopes this changes Shu, who instead threatens Argo. Arisa attempts a broadcast warning but is attacked by Inori. The Ming Hua leader cancels aid, warning Okina of an incoming naval fleet. Meanwhile, Haruka and Shuichiro resurrect Gai.
