On the bridge, the fratelli search for Flanca, Franco, and Pinocchio. Henrietta finds three setting charges in the main support and opens fire, triggering a gunfight. The trio escapes by boat while Franco detonates the charges, but the bridge remains standing. They return to the farm in Frascati, and Triela goes back to her house in Naples, the site of her first fight with Pinocchio. Pinocchio arrives at Cristiano’s house in Milan just before Section Two begins their assault. The team destroys a gas station used as a guard house by Cristiano’s men and sets up a roadblock to trap them. Inside, Cristiano plans his escape, but Section Two attacks. Triela and Pinocchio confront each other for the second time.
