Aired on August 13, 2016

Gumshoe outlines the case details before Moe testifies that he saw Max flying away after Berry’s murder. The trial pauses for prosecution investigation, during which Max admits to lending Berry his costume. Phoenix and Maya encounter Ken Dingling, an acrobat paralyzed six months ago, but Franziska intervenes to seek revenge for Edgeworth’s defeat. Moe reports Berry was angry that morning, leading Phoenix to find a threatening letter in Berry’s office regarding an incident from six months prior. Moe explains that Berry shot Regina’s lion, Leon, after it caused Bat Dingling’s coma. Regina claims she found the note near Acro’s room, prompting Phoenix to suspect Acro orchestrated the murder as the trial resumes.
