Ep. 18: Sesshomaru confronts Kirinmaru while Towa and Setsuna battle Konton and Toutetsu

Towa and Setsuna defeat Konton, who reveals the Rainbow Pearls are fragments of a forbidden power scattered by Zero. Riku retrieves the blue pearl from the fallen enemy. The group reunites with Moroha to overpower Toutetsu, who flees to Kirinmaru’s ship. Kirinmaru rejects Toutetsu and refuses Towa’s plea for cooperation regarding Setsuna’s dreams, engaging the half-demons in combat. Sesshoumaru intervenes to protect his daughters, leading to a clash with Kirinmaru. The demon lord spares the princesses but asserts his authority over Sesshoumaru before departing, leaving the twins bewildered by their father’s actions. Moroha fails to extract the essence of the Sacred Tree of Ages. Meanwhile, their mother Rin remains asleep inside the tree while Setsuna plays the violin.
