Kikyo tries to uncover the truth about Suikotsu while Renkotsu, Jakotsu, and Ginkotsu assault the town to find him. Renkotsu ensnares Inuyasha and his friends in a net of fire. Meanwhile, Jakotsu and Ginkotsu target Kikyo and Suikotsu. During the conflict, Kikyo learns that the doctor has a terrifying alter ego and is actually another member of the resurrected Band of Seven.
