Ep. 111: Inuyasha and Bankotsu clash while the group handles the Band of Seven at Mount Hakurei

Inuyasha and Bankotsu engage in their first direct confrontation while the rest of the group deals with the remaining Band of Seven members. At Mount Hakurei, Rin follows Kohaku into a nearby cave where he protects her from emerging demons and urges her to flee. After the five remaining enemies retreat, Kagome Higurashi detects an unusually purified scent on Naraku’s demon puppet. Witnessing Kohaku’s protection of Rin, Sesshomaru ceases his grudge against him. However, Rin’s friendship with Kohaku ends when he reveals to the remaining five members that Sesshomaru is also their enemy.
