Ep. 53: Inuyasha seeks Totosai to defeat Ryukotsusei and master the Tetsusaiga

Inuyasha visits Totosai to learn how to wield the Tetsusaiga. The smith tells him to slay Ryukotsusei, a dragon daiyōkai sealed with one of Inu no Taisho’s claws, to gain the strength needed to lift the reforged sword. This plan fails when Naraku arrives to awaken the dragon. Inuyasha cannot fight back effectively because Ryukotsusei repeatedly attacks him with the Thunder Attack Bullet, which are large pure white energy orbs launched from the dragon's mouth.
