Misaki feels conflicted about being Usagi’s lover despite their intimacy and his admission of love. Usagi takes him on a date to a fancy restaurant, where they are interrupted by Usagi’s drunken editor, Isaka-san. After Isaka is removed, Misaki realizes he knows little about Usagi’s past compared to the editor. Later, on a Ferris wheel, Misaki becomes jealous of Isaka’s knowledge, prompting Usagi to confess his love. Misaki denies it but they make love again at home. The next day, Misaki finds a restaurant brochure filled with tags, realizing Usagi’s effort, but is stopped by another AkihikoxMisaki BL novel. In the post-credits scene, Takahiro calls Usagi, who then informs Misaki that Takahiro is returning to Tokyo to take him back.
