Ep. 23: Ken devises a magnetic plan to destroy the invincible Mecha Ball threatening the city.

A destructive Mecha Ball emerges from a bowling alley cellar, proving immune to attack due to its lack of weak points. Ken refuses to join his four teammates, fearing a futile assault will result in a meaningless death. Observing Jinpei manipulate a pachinko ball with a magnet, Ken formulates a strategy. Nambu constructs a massive electrical magnet in the Alps, directing the God Phoenix to lure the enemy there. However, the Mecha Ball alters its trajectory toward an international nuclear plant. Ken boards the machine alone, defeats the Galactor members, and destroys the steering panel to lock its course. He guides the ball toward the magnet while his teammates watch anxiously. The Mecha Ball is drawn to the magnet and explodes, leaving a lasting impression on his friends.
