Ep. 26: Ryu returns to his village to investigate mysterious pollution and Galactor's underwater base.

Galactor attacks ISO ships with black rays while Ryu sleeps in the God Phoenix, leaving him unable to respond. Feeling responsible, Ryu returns to his birthplace, where the sea is mysteriously polluted. His father, the cooperative head, is blamed by villagers. Ryu asks Nambu to test the water, revealing a metal byproduct linked to Galactor. Nambu and the Science Ninja Team arrive. Ryu and Ken discover a flying-diving ray machine and infiltrate a nearby base. They are captured but escape after flooding the command room to defeat the enemy forces. Ken reports the base's destruction to Nambu, recommending Ryu's reinstatement. The two men, expecting execution, are saved by the G4 machine. Back on the surface, Nambu returns Ryu's bracelet, restoring his status as an active agent.
