Ep. 31: Joe confronts the final Devil Star member while protecting Dr. Nambu from Galactor
Galactor attacks Dr. Nambu’s vehicle, but Joe escapes due to his memory of the Devil Star’s rose bomb. Distracted by the threat, Joe leaves the villa to race his car, triggering memories of his parents’ murder by a similar device. He saves a woman from a track accident and arranges a future race. Meanwhile, Nambu and Chief Anderson’s secretary board a cross-continent train for an investigation. Ken boards to prevent a Galactor trap, defeating Devil Star members on the train while the secretary escapes in a disc-shaped plane. Jun stops further track destruction, and Joe faces the final enemy. Using a clue from Ken’s feather shuriken, Joe’s weapon clashes with the enemy’s rose bomb. The attack pierces the Devil Star’s chest, revealing the fallen mask to be the woman Joe promised to race.
