Ep. 28: The Science Ninja Team investigates mysterious child disappearances linked to Galactor's brain wave monster Alphagila.

Children vanish while the Science Ninja Team witnesses the phenomenon. Ken tracks tire marks into a mirror maze, where snail mechas turn transparent. Galactor abducts children with strong brain waves to create Alphagila, a monster that steals ISO secrets before destroying the facilities. Nambu amplifies Jun's brain waves to use her as bait. The team locates her signal, infiltrates the underground base beneath the maze, and rescues the captives. Using this intelligence, Katse heads to a desert uranium storage room. The interior transforms into a mirror dome, rendering the stealth mechas visible and trapping them. Nambu’s plan succeeds as the God Phoenix destroys the machines. Although the team believes they have cornered Katse, he escapes again, vanishing in blue-white flames.
