Ayako observes Aine’s proximity to Sakuya and notes that her lyrics are only accepted after spending time with him. She orchestrates an accident where a scaffold collapses on Aine, resulting in Sakuya being injured while protecting her. Ayako blames Aine for the production delay and Sakuya’s wound, prompting Sakuya to continue acting to disprove her claims. Upon discovering Aine is Lucifer’s songwriter, Ayako hires a photographer to reveal their secret relationship. Sakuya retaliates by deceiving the reporter into exposing a fabricated romantic link between himself and Ayako. The confrontation ends with Ayako collapsing, bleeding from a cut on her arm.
