Ep. 12: Himeko and Chikane face their past as time resets to Himeko's birthday with altered realities.
Himeko strikes Chikane, revealing their shared history where Chikane feigned hostility to atone. The Orochi are defeated, allowing life to resume, though the priestesses pay a heavy price. Time reverts to Himeko's birthday, yet circumstances have shifted significantly. Corona succeeds in music, Reiko resumes writing, and Nekoko lives normally. Tsubasa remains a fugitive, while Miyuki continues missionary work aided by Girochi. Soma asks Himeko out, but she declines. Himeko and Makoto view a photo album where Chikane is erased. Himeko declares her feelings for Chikane remain unchanged despite the alterations. In a post-credits scene, an older Himeko reunites with Chikane in the city, promising they will fall in love again under the Ame no Murakumo.
