Nuk and Mok assist at Kazalm but create more work for dorm mother Karisa than they solve. After considering firing them for their incompetence, she offers a final chance by sending them to town for errands. Determined to succeed, the pair accidentally lose a bag containing five pieces of gold. Facing this failure, Mok recalls their promise to Erin never to become thieves again. This memory drives them to search for legitimate ways to earn the money back, hoping to restore their honor and return to Erin's side without shame.
