Ep. 34: Kiyo and Zatch confront Grisor and Dr. Hakase in the final part of the Magic Mirror arc.

In this fourth installment, Kiyo, Zatch, Shion, and Nya pursue Grisor, who stole the restored Magic Mirror. Dr. Hakase lures them into a trap using a wireless radio, but Nya’s powers allow the group to overcome the obstacles. Hakase then reveals that the mirror does not allow escape from the Mamodo King battle, admitting his previous words to Shion and Nya were lies. He uses the mirror to amplify Grisor’s spell book, transforming him into a giant creature. Grisor unleashes devastating flames, easily repelling Nya and Shion. When Grisor targets Shion, Nya sacrifices himself with a body slam, causing his book to burn and him to vanish. Enraged by this loss, Zatch and Kiyo refuse to surrender and charge at Grisor to end the tragic conflict.
