Renji arrives with his Mamodo dog, Gofure, who transforms into a demon using Doruk. Kiyo rushes to help Zatch, who has lost his will to fight after harsh words from Kiyo. Brago and Sherry intervene, quickly defeating Gofure. Sherry takes Renji's book as he flees, then confronts the weakened Kiyo. She uses Gravirei to crush him with gravity, demanding Zatch's book. Kiyo refuses despite the immense pressure, resisting longer than usual. Sherry targets Zatch with Gravirei, but Kiyo persists. As Kiyo approaches, Sherry escalates to Reis and then Gigano Reis. Kiyo counters with Zaker to cancel both spells. He declares they will never surrender the book before collapsing. Sherry retrieves the book but observes the strong bond between Zatch and Kiyo. She returns the book, warns them of their return, and leaves. Brago notices Sherry appears unusually happy during this departure.
