Hinata Apartments residents spot Keitaro on television and launch a rescue mission, though they become lost due to confusion about his location. Keitaro and Naru spend their holiday together, which Naru finds unpleasant. They encounter Mutsumi Otohime, whom Keitaro met during their second exam, as she struggles to return to Okinawa. Keitaro agrees to escort her, and Naru joins them. However, Mutsumi’s poor sense of direction leads the trio to various Japanese cities instead of their intended destination. Meanwhile, the other girls search for Keitaro and Naru, resulting in their own unique and unexpected experiences while narrowly missing the main group.
