Ep. 7: Lupin and Zenigata pursue a sniper while Holmes reveals his past with Lily Watson.
Albert d'Andrésy questions an informant about an assassin targeting Holmes, but the informant is killed by a sniper. Zenigata meets Lestrade to drink and complain about Holmes, while Lupin is spotted by Zenigata near Holmes' house. They chase the sniper, whom Lupin identifies as Colonel Sebastian Moran, hired by a group led by "The Professor." Under fire, Lupin recounts John Watson's death ten years prior. Holmes investigated the Ravens, and Horatio Clover provided information to Scotland Yard before being killed by a Raven executioner. Watson was shot dead during the struggle, witnessed by Lupin and Lily Watson. Holmes cleared Lupin's name and took Lily in. At dawn, Lupin and Zenigata corner Moran, who escapes. Zenigata is revealed to be Holmes in disguise, and he decides to tell Lily the truth. Jigen later mentions encountering Lily three years earlier.
