Kyoko, Mrs. Ichinose, Kentaro, and Ikuko organize a trip to a skating rink, with Godai and Mitaka joining them. Upon arrival, it becomes clear that neither Godai nor Mitaka knows how to skate. They stumble around the rink, pleading for Kyoko’s assistance while rejecting help from Mrs. Ichinose. Reluctantly, Kyoko attempts to teach them but soon abandons the effort, stating she needs to spend time with the children, and hands them over to Mrs. Ichinose. Undeterred, Godai and Mitaka make a deal to race to the manager, promising the winner private lessons from Kyoko. By the end of the day, both have mastered skating but remain too slow to catch up with her.
