Roupeiro Miyamoto Risa claims Hide will have leftovers, leading Kogoro to consume the bottle and suffer diarrhea. Conan and Jodie investigate the incident. They uncover a connection to a betting organization. Conan assists the FBI in arresting all members of the totocalcio ring within a single day. The investigation resolves the health issue and dismantles the criminal group involved in the match-related fraud.
