Ep. 19: Shinobu Time Part Three narrative continues with escape and rescue efforts

Following Shinobu’s confession, Koyomi and Mayoi discover Yotsugi overheard them. After Mayoi wakes, the trio plans for the approaching darkness. They escape, but Koyomi is knocked unconscious by Yotsugi’s jump. He wakes hours later to find Shinobu left behind. Since his vampire powers remain, they deduce she is still alive. With his strength fading, they must locate her before she dies permanently. Lacking direction, they seek advice from Izuko Gaen. Upon deciding to shelter in a house, Izuko unexpectedly opens the door, surprising the group.
