Children finalize their dwelling, with Bell carrying a heavy shuttle seat for Howard, who refuses to help. Luna protests his laziness as Menori suggests adding a shower. Kaoru struggles to catch fish using rocks and a spear. Bell and Luna harvest a pitcher plant for the shower tank, with Bell missing a vine that catches Luna before he rescues her. Sharla encourages Bell by nightfall. The next day, the group finds bamboo for plumbing and fish traps. Howard refuses to work, falls into the lake from his chair, and blames Bell. He sabotages the shower with mud, but Bell confronts him, causing Howard to fall in himself. After repairing the room, Bell retrieves Howard, who takes the first shower. The children then party to celebrate the completion of the house, now named Everyone's House by Sharla.
