Three years prior to the assault on the Hidden Leaf Village, Naruto prepares for the Chuunin Exam finals after Jiraiya mentions the Fourth Hokage's legacy. Guided by Guy, Naruto, Sakura, and Team 10 travel to the Honegami Grounds. There, Guy, in disguise, directs them to navigate an obstacle course to retrieve a Secret Technique. Simultaneously, ninja from the Hidden Rain initiate their pursuit of the group. The team must complete the trial while evading the incoming enemies. This mission serves as a critical training exercise before the upcoming examination rounds, testing their abilities and teamwork under pressure.
