Nagato exhausts his chakra to revive those he killed, ultimately dying in the process. He passes his hopes to Naruto, while Konan chooses to trust in him. Following the recovery of Nagato and Yahiko’s remains, Konan presents Naruto with flowers representing the hope he embodies. After establishing a memorial for Jiraiya, Naruto travels back to his village. After enduring years of suffering and loneliness, he is finally recognized and celebrated as a hero by the people of Konoha.
